ON AMERICAN SOIL SELECTED FOR HISTORY LOVERS BOOK CLUB

Redding, CA Barnes & Noble honor Black History Month

ON AMERICAN SOIL, the true story of the largest and longest Army court-martial of World War II, has been chosen by a Barnes & Noble book club in Redding, California as its book club selection for February, 2006.

The History Lovers Book Club will read ON AMERICAN SOIL in conjunction with Black History Month, celebrated each February to honor the contributions of African-Americans to U.S. history and culture.

ON AMERICAN SOIL reveals new evidence about the criminal prosecution of forty-three U.S. soldiers--all of them African-American--for the alleged lynching of an Italian prisoner of war at Seattle's Fort Lawton.
